Automatic vacuum regulation<\/h3>\n
\n

OraStream is an automatic valve designed to be employed in suction systems for the automatic regulation of vacuum requirements for each suction box.<\/p>\n

Made of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel to withstand corrosive environments, it can be regulated by a positioner controlled by a 4-20 mA analogue signal and a pneumatic actuator, or can be supplied with an electromechanically controlled actuator.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the simple and robust design, maintenance is minimized, while pressure variations under operating conditions have been reduced compared to previous models.
\nThe dimensions are particularly compact to reduce the space required for installation.<\/p>\n

OraStream is available in two models: 2-way and 3-way.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Control system<\/h3>\n

The system is designed to be easily accessible and intuitive.<\/p>\n

Each element composing the vacuum system – from the automatic valves to the pumps management and the liquid ring water \u2013 can be easily controlled.<\/p>\n

The system allows all control parameters to be changed and adjusted in order to optimize vacuum.<\/p>\n

The system is realized so as to be expandable at any time and it can be used either as a stand-alone system or connected to any existing DCS already present in the paper mill.<\/p>\n

Vacuum gauge<\/h3>\n

The vacuum gauge is installed on each draining box subject to vacuum, then connected to the fan if the box is installed in the low-medium vacuum area, or connected to the pump if the box is installed in the high vacuum area.<\/p>\n

Pressure transmitter<\/h3>\n

The pressure transmitter is installed on the motor side before each automatic valve.<\/p>\n
